Core Responsibilities:


  • Developing digital marketing plans for brand awareness and lead generation
  • Creating and managing the backend of Facebook Business Manager campaigns
  • Creating target audiences, monitoring budgets and optimizing backend management of Facebook and Google campaigns
  • Analyzing, optimizing and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns
  • Placing pixels and tracking leads through multiple platforms
  • Coordinating with additional digital media partners and tracking budgets
  • Writing and editing content for blogs, website pages and social media campaigns
  • Creating social media publishing and content calendars
  • Monitoring and publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter channels
  • Researching keywords for SEM campaigns
  • Interacts with clients, multiple departments, and team members
  • Reporting and budgeting 


  • Working with marketing team to plan, track and report on traditional media campaigns
  • Coordinating with traditional media partners

  • Processing and tracking invoices
  • Reporting


  • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Team-work orientation
  • Familiar with social media advertising best practices

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with WordPress website management
  • Social media management tool or platform such as Hootsuite
  • HubSpot or marketing automation experience

Education & Experience:

  • 2- 3 years of experience in digital marketing
