Following the buy-out of a national nurse staffing organization, NurseFinders by AMN Healthcare, regional franchisees were left to develop their franchised brands into independent brands by the end of 2015. What originally was seen as a challenge quickly transformed into an opportunity to re-invent an established brand into a newly re-focused, re-energized and revitalized nurse staffing organization—one that could operate outside the confines of the national franchise.

Idgroup was faced with a unique challenge: to develop a brand that had to appeal to hospitals and care facilities seeking professional nurse staffing relief; nurses and allied healthcare professionals seeking more flexible job opportunities; and families seeking trustworthy support for at-home care of loved ones.

Utilizing the Branding from the Core® process, idgroup and NurseFinders franchisee Bryan Krausse developed its new brand, aptly named NurseSpring, as the premier go-to source for nurse staffing relief, private home care, and premier nurse recruitment at several locations across the Eastern Seaboard.

With its stated motto, “Answering the call to care,” NurseSpring launched in January of 2016.
